How do you lose weight without gaining muscle?

i’d really like to have a flat stomach. Whats some things i could do to lose weight but not gain muscle weight?

Elaborate. If you mean simply things around the house or if your willing to go to a sports authority or something and buy some free weights there are plenty of excercises you can do at home.
Obviously to stay in shape and add a little muscle you can do these
sit ups
push ups
crunches
pull ups
bar dips
squats

you now all those
I’d say get a couple 25 lbs dumbells withadjustable weights so you can change it when you need to
then just google because there are excercises to work every muscle of your body I’m not going to list them there are to many

Im 14, 130 lds . 5 foot 11. Yes Im bonely as hell. Some girls said I’ll look better if I gain some weight. But, I’ve been trying to do this for a year now, the only thing that happen is I got stronger but nothing to show it off. Please help me out. I want to be 141 be the time Im 15.

to gain weight you need to eat EVERYTHING this means if it has calories..you eat it..

Bread, Rice, Oats, Nuts, Peanut Butter, Milk, Meat (anytype), Fish (anytype)…

(those are the healthy ones that you need to eat all the time..

You should be eating every 3-4 hours if you dont your body will start using up its calories and all your eating will do nothing..

..also if you dont lift while doing this it will take much longer, muscle weights more then fat so if you start working out you’ll gain weight faster…

How do i gain muscle weight without getting fat?

I am 6’1 and only 140 lbs (18.5 BMI) i want to get bigger without losing my six pack. My body fat was about 9% last time we had the fat check thing. I have been in weightlifting class in school for about 5 months and have got more stronger than when i started, but i have only gained 5 lbs since then. I eat 4X a day (Breakfast, Lunch, 3:00 Dinner by myself, and 7:00 Dinner with my family) not including the occasional snack ;) but I dont look at nutritional values I pretty much eat until im ALMOST full. (not comepletely) Are there any specific exercises I can do that was specifically made to gain muscle weight. I would apreciate the help.

Workout answers:

1-5 reps = strength and bulk (high weight)
5-12 reps = build muscle (medium weight)
12+ reps = endurance (light weight)

I find this to be true. Also eat white meat ie: chicken, turkey, fish… And as much raw vegetables as you can stand especially broccoli and carrots. For fruit eat bananas Eat at the same time everyday and get plenty of sleep. Drink ALLOT of water and pure fruit juice. You can also supplement with whey protein. Work your thighs allot too. Your thighs are your biggest muscles. Working them will cause your body to create more testosterone. Cardio is SUPER important. Without lots of cardio all this will be useless. I can go on and on but this will be a good start for you.
