How do I gain muscle and lose fat, but no gaining/losing weight?

I mean, isn’t it possible that the muscle mass you gain also could use the fat in the body as fuel (which makes it gaining muscle, losing fat) and how do I do that? Exercises, diet and so on. I’m a female, I weight 57 kg, I am 1,64 tall and am 20 years old

Lift weights in the gym… 10-12 reps… Your not going to bulk up…..
And add cardio to the mix…. 30-40 mins 3 days a week

train abs everyother day for 10 mins

your probably not going to gain weight.. Just get leaner and more toned

and reduce the carbs

Im 5′ 7 158lbs and im 12% body fat… I have some muscle I do workout with weights and do pull ups but I do have some fat on me that I want to lose and gain some muscle but I want to maintain where im at, I want to be small and with muscle and under 160. If you force your muscles to do more work than they are accustomed to doing, and you eat enough protein, you’ll gain muscle.

So, if you are doing proper weight training, and eating right…you’ll gain muscle and lose fat.

Is it possible for a person with a high percentage of body fat gain muscle and lose body fat on a low calorie diet. I have been eating right and lifting weight for about 6 weeks now. I see an improvement in my strenght and people have told me i am losing wieght but i have only lost four pounds
